Lexington Water is an Investment Platform specialized in the development of multiple projects focused on water. We have a portfolio of more than US$3.9B in water assets, such as: desalination plants, water treatment, wastewater treatment and reuse, water cycle management solutions, aqueducts, distribution network management and advanced solutions such as Smart Water and Smart Meters.
We act as an investment partner to carry out both greenfield and brownfield water projects, whether under construction from scratch or existing plants, we have a presence throughout Mexico and Latin America, establishing alliances with industry experts such as Blukey, Gemex and Veolia.
We are committed to being the main developer of water infrastructure and solutions in Mexico and LATAM to archive projects with the greatest positive economic impact in the management of resources and solutions for high sustainable growth.

We are prepared to deploy more than US$3.9M in the water sector throughout Latin America. We have business relationships with other water-focused developers and private equity funds with over US$30M in assets under management.
